Do I Need to Drop the Car Off in the Morning?
Morning drop-off works best for most jobs because it gives us a full working day. However, if a morning drop-off is not practical, we accept after-hours key drops via the secure key safe at the workshop. Just confirm the arrangement when you book and we will provide the access details.
Where Do I Park When I Arrive?
Customer parking is available directly in front of Unit 16 at 172-174 Redland Bay Road. The forecourt is large enough for drop-off, and our team will meet you at the workshop entrance to collect your keys and walk you through the booking.
How Does the Courtesy Car Actually Work?
The courtesy car is complimentary with every booking, subject to availability. Drop your car off in the morning, we hand you the keys to the courtesy car, and you collect your vehicle once the work is complete.
The courtesy car carries comprehensive insurance and we cover all the paperwork. During school holidays, book a week ahead to guarantee availability.
What Happens If You Find Additional Faults During the Service?
We never proceed with additional work without your approval. If something turns up during diagnostics that needs attention, we call you, explain what we found, provide an upfront quote, and let you decide whether to proceed. No surprise charges, no work performed without your sign-off.
