Do you really specialise in all these brands or is it just badges on a website?

Genuine specialisation. Each brand on this page has a dedicated child page covering the models we work on most, the diagnostic platform we use, and the specific common faults we resolve weekly. The deepest expertise sits with Land Rover, Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Volkswagen because those vehicles make up the largest share of what comes through the workshop. Niche brands like Alfa Romeo and Renault we still service to factory standard, just at lower volume.

Will servicing here void my new-car warranty?

No. Under Australian Consumer Law, you can service your vehicle at any qualified workshop without affecting the warranty, provided the workshop follows the manufacturer service schedule, uses approved parts and fluids, and stamps your logbook properly. We do all three as standard practice. The dealership cannot void your warranty for choosing an independent specialist.

What if I drive a brand that isn't on this list?

We service every make and model to the same standard, including Japanese and Korean vehicles. The brands listed here are the European specialties where we hold dedicated diagnostic platforms and deep model-specific knowledge. If your car is a Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, Ford or anything else, you are still welcome and the work is to the same standard.

Why does brand specialisation matter for European cars specifically?

European vehicles run on proprietary electronic architectures with 40 to 80 control modules per car, communicating across multiple data networks. A generic OBD scanner can read maybe 10 percent of what is happening inside a modern Range Rover or BMW. Without the manufacturer’s diagnostic platform, a workshop is essentially guessing on anything beyond basic service intervals. Specialisation means we can talk to every module, run guided diagnostics, and code replacement parts the way the factory intended.

Are your prices comparable to the dealership?

Generally 30 to 50 percent below dealer pricing for equivalent work. We use genuine manufacturer parts when requested, or OEM-equivalent parts from the same suppliers who manufacture the genuine ones. The diagnostic capability is the same, the procedures are the same, the warranty protection is the same. The price is lower because we are an independent specialist, not a franchise dealership with the overhead that comes with that.

Do you offer a courtesy car for every brand?

Yes. A free courtesy car is available with every booking, subject to availability. Drop the car off in the morning, take the courtesy car for the day, pick yours up when it is ready. Book a week ahead during school holidays to guarantee availability.
